At Sofia’s Kitchen, every dish tells a story—and it all begins with Pedro Castillo’s dream. Pedro started cooking in 2007 at the age of 18, driven by a passion for food and a vision of owning his own restaurant long before he ever stepped into a kitchen. With the unwavering support of his family, he opened his first restaurant, Little Chef’s, where he honed his skills and built a loyal following. Now, with Sofia’s Kitchen, Pedro and the Castillo family are proud to bring an even bigger and better dining experience to the Angola community.

Would definitely have them again. 🔥 Of course, they serve their coffee in a Tom's donuts cup. Ashley, today's server recommended something similar to what I had yesterday. I ended up doing something different. As hard as I tried, I couldn't make my coffee cup empty. ☕ You should definitely request her.
