At Sofia’s Kitchen, every dish tells a story—and it all begins with Pedro Castillo’s dream. Pedro started cooking in 2007 at the age of 18, driven by a passion for food and a vision of owning his own restaurant long before he ever stepped into a kitchen. With the unwavering support of his family, he opened his first restaurant, Little Chef’s, where he honed his skills and built a loyal following. Now, with Sofia’s Kitchen, Pedro and the Castillo family are proud to bring an even bigger and better dining experience to the Angola community.
