About Us

We're Sofia’s Kitchen, a premier family breakfast restaurant here in Angola, IN. Our menu is packed with delicious choices like pancakes and omelets, as well as authentic Mexican cuisine, burgers, and sandwiches. Our Story

Sofia’s Kitchen is a premier breakfast restaurant owned and operated by Pedro Castillo and his wife Nancy. Pedro has years of experience in the restaurant industry, as he started cooking at the age of 18 and has not stopped since. Pedro has years of experience managing Little Chef’s Pancake House. He always had a dream of owning his own restaurant before he could even cook and he finally turned his dream into a reality by opening up Sofia’s Kitchen in honor of his mother.

Our mission is to create an environment where people can feel safe being themselves, enjoy delicious food with friendly service, and leave feeling inspired and ready to take on whatever comes next!

At Sofia’s Kitchen we offer breakfast food, but also serve lunch items. You can choose from our extensive menu which includes pancakes, French toast, crepes, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and much more! Our restaurant is a place where you can come and enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch. Our menu combines the best of classic American breakfast as well as authentic Mexican cuisine.
